Privacy Policy — SĒMA MVNT

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Sema Movement ("Sēma MVNT", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data on this pre-launch landing page (the "Site"). The Site currently has one purpose: to let visitors sign up with their email address to be notified when our Pilates studio in Tulum opens. It does not process payments or bookings at this stage.

What data we collect

Email sign-up

When you submit your email address through the sign-up form, we collect and store that email address in order to send you updates about our studio opening, including the launch date and occasional related announcements.

Technical data

Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers automatically process limited technical data when you visit the Site — for example your IP address, browser type, device type, and approximate location. This happens as a normal part of delivering the page to you and is not used by us to identify you personally.

How we use your data

To notify you when Sēma MVNT opens
To occasionally send related updates before launch (for example, opening offers)
To operate and secure the Site itself

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the ones above.

Third-party services we use

Brevo (email sign-up & communication)

We use Brevo SAS to store the email addresses collected on this Site and to send you updates. Brevo processes this data on our behalf as our email service provider. Read Brevo's own privacy policy at brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.

Lovable (hosting)

This Site is built and hosted using Lovable. Lovable's underlying infrastructure may process technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the Site to your browser.

Squarespace (domain)

Our domain name is registered and managed through Squarespace Domains. Squarespace may process technical data related to domain resolution (DNS).

Google Fonts

This Site loads the typefaces "Bodoni Moda" and "Archivo" from Google Fonts. Loading these fonts may involve your browser connecting to Google's servers, which can process your IP address as part of that request.

Cookies

This Site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. Loading external resources such as fonts may involve limited, technical data transfer as described above, but we do not use analytics or advertising trackers at this stage.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address until the studio opens and any related launch communications are complete, or until you unsubscribe — whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time, and you can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message we send, or by contacting us directly at hola@semamvnt.com.

Depending on where you are located, you may have additional rights under applicable data protection law, including Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), the EU/UK GDPR, or other regional privacy laws.
